How do I get paid as a seller?

Buyers pay by card through Stripe. After tracking, delivery confirm, and first-sale cooldown when applicable, GameLister transfers your net to your Stripe Express account for bank or debit payout.

What is the selling fee?

GameLister charges 6.5% of merchandise only (not shipping), plus $0.35 when merchandise is under $20. Opening a store and listing items is free.

How does shipping work on GameLister?

Sellers offer free shipping and/or live Shippo carrier rates — no custom fixed shipping prices. Buyers pick an option on the item page. After payment, sellers add carrier tracking (in-app Shippo label or paste tracking). Tracking is required for payout on shipped orders.

What is free shipping only?

Sellers can enable free shipping only so buyers only see Free shipping—no paid live carrier options. Useful when postage is included in the item price.

How do I buy postage as a seller?

Accepted Answer

On a paid order, get live multi-carrier rates (USPS, UPS, FedEx via Shippo), buy a label, and tracking is applied automatically. Or paste tracking from a label bought elsewhere. Shipping log records labels and fees.

Is card checkout always available?

Accepted Answer

Card checkout is available when the seller finishes Stripe Connect onboarding. Otherwise shops may show Coming soon with a notify option.

How do disputes work?

Buyers or sellers can open an order dispute. GameLister Support joins the thread. Reviews stay order-linked with mutual reveal rules.

Question 8

The menu has too many buttons. Can I simplify it?

Yes. After you sign in, open the menu and tap Simple. Sellers see List, Inventory, Orders, and Messages. Buyers see Shop, Orders, Messages, and Liked. Account is the circle at the top next to cart. Tap Advanced to bring the full menu back.

Can I get alerts on my phone?

Save GameLister to your phone’s home screen, open that icon, go to Account → Notifications, and turn on phone alerts. You’ll get a ping for sales, offers, and shop messages without opening the app and tapping refresh.
